The main story of Honkai: Star Rail follows the Trailblazer, an artificially created creature in whose bodies the Stellaron hunters have sealed a cosmic phenomenon called Stellaron (also known as “cancer of all worlds”). After the revival, the main character of the crew of the Astral Express is followed. Together, the crew travels from planet to planet as part of so-called trail blaze missions to continue the legacy of the Aeon (God) Akivili, pacify enemy factions and seal the destructive Stellarone.
